Terms of use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
01Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the FMLP MANAGEMENT website. The website presents the agency, its services and the players it represents, and allows visitors to contact it or submit a sporting profile. No online sales are made through it.
02Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge. FMLP MANAGEMENT endeavours to keep it available but may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or force majeure, without incurring liability.
03Forms and information submitted
Users undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to attach only documents they have created or are authorised to share. For an under-18 player, the application is submitted by the legal guardian or with their consent.
Submitting a form does not constitute a contract or a representation mandate and does not commit FMLP MANAGEMENT to a favourable response. Any assignment is subject to a separate written contract (see the terms of service). Terms of service
The following are prohibited: unlawful or defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights, automated submissions, and any attempt to intrude into or alter the website.
04Intellectual property and players’ image
Trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, videos and player profiles are protected. Reproducing or reusing them, including extracting profiles and statistics for commercial purposes, is prohibited without written permission. Players’ images are only published with their consent.
05Liability
Information on the website is provided for guidance, including sporting statistics, which apply to the season and scope indicated. It does not constitute personalised legal, tax or wealth advice; such advice is provided by duly authorised partner professionals.
06Personal data and cookies
Data processing is described in the privacy policy and the use of trackers in the cookie policy.
07Changes, governing law and contact
FMLP MANAGEMENT may amend these terms; the applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts are those designated by the ordinary rules.
