Sports agent licence issued by the FFF Federal Commission for Sports Agents on 28 May 2026. The licence number will be published here as soon as it is issued.

Sports representation is carried out in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to sports agents, in particular those of the French Sports Code (Articles L. 222-5 to L. 222-22), the applicable regulations of the French Football Federation and, where relevant, the international regulations applicable to football agents.

Negotiation and representation activities that fall within the regulated scope of sports agency are carried out in compliance with the applicable professional authorisations and obligations.

Assignments carried out with partner professionals

For areas requiring a qualification, an authorisation or a regulated profession, FMLP MANAGEMENT acts as coordinator of the player’s support and calls on competent, duly authorised professionals as needed. FMLP MANAGEMENT does not itself practise these regulated professions.

• Law — Support from lawyers or legal professionals whenever their involvement is legally required.
• Tax — Support from professionals competent in tax matters.
• Wealth management — Referral to professionals holding the authorisations required for the transactions and advice concerned.
• Nutrition — Involvement of qualified professionals depending on the type of support provided.
• Physical performance — Involvement of strength & conditioning coaches and competent professionals.

Where a minor is concerned, no step is taken without the prior written consent of their legal guardian(s), who co-sign any contract. In accordance with Article L. 222-5 of the French Sports Code, no remuneration is received in respect of a contract concerning a minor.

The FFF advises players and their families (translated from French): “Be vigilant when you contact, or are contacted by, agents through websites and/or social networks” and “never agree to pay money before signing a contract with a sports agent”.

FMLP MANAGEMENT never asks for any payment before a sports agent contract is signed. You can check the agent’s licence on the official list published by the FFF. fff.fr — Les agents sportifs

Contacting FMLP MANAGEMENT through this website does not constitute a contract or a representation mandate. Any representation assignment is subject to a separate contractual agreement drawn up in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The remuneration, commission and fee terms applicable to representation assignments are set out contractually, in accordance with the applicable rules.
